Eligibility: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Contact us at helpnightopoly@outlook.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll walk you through the process. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and Nightopoly does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
